Temple Sinai would like to keep in touch with our college students from afar by sending periodic communication and care packages. Please complete the form below to be included on this year's list. NOTE: A SEPARATE form needs to be filled out for each student. If completing for multiple students, fill out the form for your first child and hit SUBMIT. Then go back to the email and hit the link again to complete the form for the 2nd student and so on.
You may also indicate if your student will be taking a GAP YEAR abroad or spending a SEMESTER abroad during the 2025-2026 calendar year. Unfortunately, we will not be able to mail packages abroad but may include them in any email communications.
This form must be completed annually so we have the most up-to-date contact information.
